Yes! You can have your parcel delivered to another address. If you choose to have your parcel delivered to you at work, always make sure you put the name of the company or organisation in the address field, as well as the contact name to ensure your parcel is successfully delivered.

HOW TO ORDER FROM KISSFISH.COM?

Browse the shop by clicking on the product categories in the navigation at the top of the screen. Click on product pictures to see more information and to load a larger picture.

When you find a product you want to buy, click the "ADD TO BAG" button to add it to your basket.

The item will now be shown in your shopping basket on the upper-right corner of the screen. The total cost of items in the basket will be calculated automatically.

HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Normally, we offer Express Shipping at a flat rate of $20 per order. Nevertheless, because of the items are in different shapes and sizes and depending on the country you're ordering from, we'll only let you know the cost at the check-out stage of your order. 

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES AND TAXES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. Please be aware that Kissfish does not have any control over any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to the country. Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Kissfish, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

We generally deliver all orders within 3-5 working days. There may be the occasional delay due to Customs Clearance processes which are out of our control. Kissfish.com uses DHL for all orders.

WHAT IF I AM OUT WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?

If you are out when the parcel arrives, your courier will leave a card telling you how to re-arrange delivery or where to collect your order.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

When your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number. If you did not receive this email, please email orders@kissfish.com

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. Also please beware that the items sold have a hand-touch on their final stage. Therefore, there can be slight differences (colour, paint, size) in between the item represented on Kissfish.com and the one delivered.

However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us with item's pictures at returns@kissfish.com so we can urgently review the matter for you!

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?

Although this answer is given in "RETURNS & EXCHANGES" section with the Refund Policy, if you have any problem with your purchased item, simply email us with item's pictures at returns@kissfish.com so we can urgently review the matter for you.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

We aim to process your return and refund for you as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to our warehouse. If you have not been refunded after 21 days of returning the item, please contact us with the proof of postage information on your Post Office/Courier receipt and we will look into this for you.
