HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Because the items are in different shapes and sizes, we'll let you know the cost at the check-out stage of your order and tack it on to your subtotal.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Generally, we deliver all orders within 3-5 working days. During peak demand time (e.g. Black Friday weekend, Christmas and Valentine's Day) deliveries may take longer than expected.

There can also be the occasional customs delay which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time.

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

For maximum peace of mind, all orders are sent with tracking straight to your door. You can easily track your order on the relevant courier website with the information tracking code, an email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

All orders require a signature on delivery, make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours.

We cannot send to PO BOXES, please ensure a street address is supplied.

WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?

Kissfish uses DHL and FEDEX.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES?

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.

Please note that Kissfish does not have any control over any duties and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to the country.  

Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Kissfish, please contact your local customs office for further information.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS (Goodies)

As these products are digital, the download link/s of the Goodies added to cart will be sent to you via the e-mail you have used in the checkout process. There will NOT be any physical product shipment!
